Polo Romance Wedding Package
The celebration will commence with our Chef's selection of hot and cold canapés served for half an hour. This is followed by a sumptuous two course meal chosen by the bride and groom, served as a set menu or an alternate selection, followed by their wedding cake for dessert and accompanied by leaf tea, Polo blend coffee and petit fours. Guests will enjoy a 5 hour beverage package during the celebrations.
 
Polo Elegance Wedding Package
The celebration will commence with our Chef's selection of hot and cold canapés served for half an hour. This includes a sumptuous three course meal chosen by the bride and groom, served as a set menu or an alternate selection, followed by leaf tea, Polo blend coffee and petit fours to conclude the evening.  Guests will enjoy a 5 hour beverage package during the celebrations.
 
Polo Indulgence Wedding Package
The celebration will commence with our Chef's selection of hot and cold canapés served for half an hour.  This is followed by a sumptuous three course meal chosen by the bride and groom from an extensive menu, served as either a set menu or an alternate selection.  Leaf tea, Polo blend coffee and petit fours conclude the evening.  Guests will enjoy a 5 hour beverage package during the celebrations.

Package Inclusions:
Your personal wedding co-ordinator will assist you with all aspects of your reception from entertainment through to place cards
and gifts. 

We also offer:

  • Long red carpet to the entry steps of the Club 
  • Senior staff person to greet all guests upon arrival at the Club
  • Private room for the bridal party for pre-reception drinks and canapés
  • A dedicated Supervisor for the entire reception
  • A dedicated senior staff person for the bridal Table
  • Tray Service for pre dinner drinks and canapés
  • Floral arrangement and candles for each guest table
  • Candles on the bridal table
  • Silver cutlery and crystal glasses for the bridal table
  • Skirted bridal table 
  • Silver napkin rings (Dining Room only) for all guests
  • White damask cloths and linen napkins on all tables
  • Chair covers (Kingston Room only) and chair sashes
  • Lectern and microphone 
  • Parquetry dance floor (3m x 4m)
  • Cake table with white damask cloth and silver cake knife
  • Gift table with white damask cloth
  • Setting of the room - including your place cards, menus, guest gifts and wedding cake as supplied by you
  • Five hours room hire prior to midnight (subject to minimum numbers and/or spend) 
  • Choice of upgraded beverage package to either a Deluxe or Platinum package.  Alternatively beverages can be charged on consumption.
  • And from us to you – a special wedding gift from the Brisbane Polo Club which includes overnight accommodation at the Marriott Hotel including breakfast for two.
