The Polo Club has two elegant rooms ideally suited for wedding receptions each with unique style and character.

The Dining Room
The Polo Club's elegant Dining Room is very popular for wedding receptions. No detail has been overlooked in this meticulously renovated room. Ascend the lobby's grand timber staircase to the splendour of the dining room. With its elegant chandeliers, high panelled ceilings, plush red tones, leather bound chairs and glowing cedar joinery, the dining room exudes elegance and sophistication. Shaded light filters through the arched window shutters from the full length veranda, complete the spectacular setting.

The dining room has a maximum seating capacity of 120, depending on the size of the bridal table,  and this allows sufficient space for a dance floor and musicians. A minimum of 80 guests are required, and a nominal room hire fee applies if this minimum number is not met.

The Kingston Room
Located on the second floor of the Brisbane Polo Club, the Kingston Room features large, draped windows which offer beautiful light exposure.  This comfortable room has its own full length balcony overlooking the Story Bridge which provides a spectacular backdrop for your wedding photos. The Kingston Room offers you an intimate area for between 50 – 80 seated guests, allowing for a dance floor.

The MacDonald Library, the Governor’s Room and the Wine Cellar

The Tiffin Lounge
The Tiffin Lounge is the perfect place to hold your wedding ceremony – its intimate and inviting surroundings can comfortably seat 58 guests.  The red carpet is laid across the foyer with the bridal party entering from the MacDonald Library.  One of the features of the Tiffin Lounge is a stunning antique wooden buffet over which hangs a beautiful mirror reflecting the candlelight and flowers. Undeniably, this is a very special setting to share your vows with your cherished friends and family.
