One of the benefits of Membership of the Brisbane Polo Club is the right to use any of our function rooms on the Ground and 1st floors. These rooms are not available to non-members.

The Polo Club offers a variety of function rooms to suit all occasions. Whether you are planning a special celebratory dinner, a working breakfast, a product launch, a seminar, a cocktail party or the most romantic wedding, the Polo Club has the flexibility to meet your every need.

Specialist staff members are at your disposal, from your function's first planning stages to its successful conclusion. Our experienced function team will ensure the smooth running of every aspect of your function. Executive Chef, Keith McNeil, has designed a delicious and extensive function menu selection to tempt the most discerning palate.

The Brisbane Polo Club Cellar has a comprehensive beverage selection available.  Choose from a variety of champagnes and sparkling wines, white and red wines, dessert wine, local and imported beers, spirits and soft drinks.  Your Function Co-ordinator will assist you in selecting your beverage menu or you may request the guidance of our Beverage Manager with the selection of wine. This individual attention produces functions tailor-made for success.

Non-Members of the Brisbane Polo Club are welcome to use our function rooms on the 3rd floor of the Club, being the Earl of Inchcape Room and the Kingston Room.
